REFUND POLICY
Effective date: 1st July 2023
Welcome to the Refund Policy of SLADDERS (“we”, “us” and “our”).
We do not offer any refunds for any of the memberships, subscriptions or any of our paid services. All sales are final. The membership fees include transaction fees and GST applicable to your country of residence. Your country of residence when registering for our subscription service must be accurate.
If you have a paid monthly or annual subscription, your payment to SLADDERS may automatically renew at the end of the subscription period, unless you cancel your paid subscription before the end of the current subscription period. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and your subscription privileges will be removed from your account. However, if you cancel your payment and/or terminate the Terms after the purchase and/or after the end of any subscription period, you will not be refunded any subscription fees already paid to us. All payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds for any unused subscription time or user subscription error(s).
We may only offer refunds that are available as per the Google Play Store or Apple App Store policies.
For Apple Users
Unfortunately, Apple manages all its subscriptions and purchases directly.
This means that we are not able to refund, cancel, or manage accounts created through Apple.
To request a refund please contact Apple directly using the information found on your emailed receipt. You can click here to start your refund request through Apple.
For Google Play Store
Please note, that canceling your subscription on the app or on Google Play does not automatically submit a request for a refund. Make sure to include the email address that you used to make the subscription and the receipt from the charge. Check with the Google Play Store policies to seek a refund.
**Please note, if you previously requested and receive a refund, you will not be eligible for any further refunds.
